The Merit Brass tee is a schedule 40 stainless steel 304/304L butt-weld pipe fitting for connecting and branching three sections of pipes or fittings. This fitting has butt-weld, beveled openings for welding pipes together with tight seals. Made of stainless steel 304/304L, the lower carbon content of this pipe fitting minimizes harmful carbide precipitation due to welding, ensuring corrosion resistance. It meets both steel 304 strength standards and 304L extra-low carbon standards.
